YOU MUST RECEIVE FROM US A RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) PRIOR TO OUR
RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE.

Upon receipt of your return, we will either fully refund your purchase price, if it is within the 30-day period and the merchandise is in good condition; OR we will identify the defect and, at our discretion, either replace from new stock or repair the non-functioning feature(s) of the product.

Should the return merchandise not be defective, the client may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If a credit card was used in the transaction there could also be an additional 5% fee for restocking and/or paperwork.

All return-to-stock merchandise must be free of any physical appearance, such as scratches or dents, etc. There cannot be any missing parts, such as knobs, screws, stickers, switches, etc. All documentation paperwork, installation instructions, etc. must also accompany merchandise.

C.I.A. is not responsible under the terms of these agreements for merchandise that has malfunctioned or failed due to power surges, electrical brown-outs, lightning incidents, mishandling, drops, improper installations, or installation in areas where the merchandise is not designed for use.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Instructions for Return:

• All returned merchandise for refund must be returned to us in the original packaging, with all protective padding and bagging included.
  
  
• All returned merchandise for repair must be returned to us in protective packaging to assure no further damage takes place in transit.
  
• All shipments must be insured for replacement value of merchandise.
